Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.
Additionally contained in this new document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing various areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
